Report Submission Service Information
Marpple Shop operates a reporting center to protect creators, consumers, and copyrights.
You can report products that are suspected of violating Marpple Shop’s internal regulations, unauthorized use of third-party works, or infringement of portrait rights.
As a platform service provider, Marpple Shop cannot make legal judgments regarding rights infringement by creators or third parties. The report submission service is a temporary measure to prevent further infringement until a final decision is made by the relevant authorities.
Determination of rights infringement and subsequent actions must be handled through legal consultation and relief procedures with qualified institutions.
Through the operation of the report submission service, Marpple Shop fulfills its responsibilities as a platform provider and responds as quickly and accurately as possible.
We will continue to protect all parties involved until disputes are resolved through proper procedures.

When a copyright infringement report is filed, the seller will be notified of the reason for the request (the name of the corporation/organization holding the rights for groups, or the rights holder for individuals), and the reported product will be set to private.
-
Only if the seller can prove they are the copyright holder or have legitimate rights can they request resale (must be requested within 14 days; otherwise, sales will be suspended).
-
The report thread is a space for negotiation between the requester and the seller; Marpple Shop does not intervene beyond creating the thread.
-
According to Article 103(3) of the Copyright Act and Article 43(2) of the Enforcement Decree, Marpple Shop will notify the reporter of the scheduled resale date (7 days after the resale request) and restore the product on that date.
-
Repeated reports on the same product after resale are not allowed; further disputes must be resolved through agreement between the parties or by administrative or judicial authorities.
